Mike has 5 years’ experience in running his own business training and providing staffing solutions for events.  He was the head function co-coordinator and gained invaluable experience in event and business running in these years.

Key responsibilities:

  • Completion and submission of tender for events
  • Attending briefings and site inspections
  • Obtaining quotes and negotiating pricing in accordance with event budgets
  • Coordinate service providers in line with event deliverables
  • Delivery and of event / client specific requirements
  • General event project management
  • Liaison with the event director and event account administrator


On site

  •  Excellent event management on-site
  • Delegates staff and is the direct liaison with client
  • Liaison with events director
  • Together with event director ensures JOC administrations are adhered to
